Energize and Excel

Sundays, 9.30 am CET/CEST | 75 min.

This is an uplifting and zesty morning yoga practice designed to boost confidence, clarity, and focus. It combines dynamic poses and flows and energizing breathwork to set a positive tone for the week ahead and is perfect for those looking to start the new work week with enthusiasm and purpose.

From Lab to Lotus

Thursdays, 7.30 pm CET/CEST | 75 min.

This class provides a serene space for you to get grounded and disconnect from work at the end of the day. Here we focus on both strength and slowing down to promote balance and harmony, and always end with delicious restorative poses and guided relaxation.

Bedtime Yin

Tuesdays, 9.15 pm CET/CEST | 75 min.

This is a special slower-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods and aim at targeting connective tissues (and sometimes challenging the mind!). We will mostly focus on calming, cooling movements and breath patterns to help you soften, unwind and release tension.

Art of Rest

Wednesdays, 9.30 pm CET/CEST | 30 min.

This class is a calming mix of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) - a type of guided deep relaxation practice.

It's a perfect practice for a tired or anxious mind as it helps you release stress, calm down racing or repetitive thoughts and prepare for a restful night of sleep.
