Ksenia's yoga classes help me to take care of my mind and my body in a very gentle way. The atmosphere in her classes is very warm and her pleasant voice is very calming. Her careful cues guide you and you can always ask if you're doing asanas as intended. With Zoom classes, I can do yoga from the comfort of my home and I don't need to think whether I look "appropriate" and whether I'm doing "well", and the focus is just on how I feel. Although the Internet is full of videos with yoga routines, joining Zoom with other real people at a specific time is much more rewarding and motivating.
I also took private classes with Ksenia that were much more tailored to special needs. I often experience problems with my right wrist and shoulder, and I want to work on my back strength, or I'm extra stressed. So I can let Ksenia know before the class if I have any specific requests and she will take them into account. The one-to-one class also feels like a very special time to take care of myself and allow myself to be taken care of.

She perfectly combines her knowledge of yoga philosophy, the human body, and meditation to make the practice unique, and she gives you all the means to adapt and personalize your practice in order to enjoy the moment.

Yoga with Ksenia is not just a great workout. It is a full experience that includes bits of meditation, philosophy and breathwork. It creates a very special harmony between your mental and physical states, allowing you to completely reset and recharge your batteries while keeping your body fit and stretched. Every lesson is a mini ceremony that celebrates different aspects of human life and is an amazing way to escape your daily problems, at least for a little bit.

I have known Ksenia for many years so I was 100% sure that her classes would be just right for me. She is an extraordinarily clever and calm person, and this is reflected in her yoga classes - they are thought-through, challenging and relaxing at the same time. It feels great when there is a skilled person who will hold your hand and guide you through the poses. I tend to never find time for myself and am often in a rush, but Ksenia's classes make me finally stop and observe how I'm feeling. And Ksenia's voice alone is the voice every yoga teacher must have! When listening to her, I forget all about my anxiety and just enjoy the process. I can't recommend Ksenia's classes enough!
